We email your monthly invoice for the streaming plan that you choose--please select Plan#5 or the VIP Plan. You may switch between the streaming plans at any of your monthly renewals without a change fee. Both of the streaming plans contain the popular cable channels (e g. A&E, CNN, Fox News, ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox), premium networks (e.g. HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz), PPV (pay per view sports), spanish/hispanic, international, 24/7 looping programs, onDemand Movies and Series (VOD), etc. Please refer to the chart below for features and pricing.
Payment processing is safe and secure--2CoolTV Streaming has absolutely no access to your private banking information. The Chime app immediately notifies us of your payment, and we then promptly extend your streaming service for another month. We also acknowledge receipt of your payment by emailing you a billing reminder for the following month's renewal so that you always know when your next payment is due. Quick, easy, and secure.
Once we receive your discounted First Month Trial payment, we will setup your streaming account and email your confidential credentials (UserName and Password) for the streaming app, along with the 2CoolTV Streaming app installation instructions. We are here to assist with any installation questions or problems that you encounter.
You may easily cancel your streaming service just by ignoring your renewal invoice. Later, if you decide to reactivate your service then simply send your renewal payment along with the $3 reactivation fee. We will promptly restart your streaming service for another month.
To join for a month, please contact us with your choice of streaming plan and we'll email your invoice to pay. Upon receipt of your payment, we'll provide your credentials and app setup instructions. What is a Streaming Connection?
The 2CoolTV Streaming free streaming app can be installed on ALL of your devices but your streaming capability is limited by the number of "Streaming Connections" of your subscription. Plan#5 subscriptions have 2 Streaming Connections so you can stream on 2 different devices at the same time. The VIP Plan has 1 LIVE TV Connection and 1 VoD+ Connection for streaming both types of content at the same time (but only 1 of each type). Additional Connections may be purchased for a fee. You may install the streaming app on any number of devices and switch between them as much as you want--simply stop streaming on one device and begin streaming on a different device. Extra Streaming Connections are available for a fee.
(optional) Pre-Configured streaming devices may be purchased directly from us that include a 1-month complimentary streaming subscription and shipping included. Just plug the device into your TV and begin streaming without further setup.
